Delete Your Account

HairGenie users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

To delete your account

Open the HairGenie app.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion request.

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing: waadrarii@gmail.com

Please include the email address or sign-in method connected to your HairGenie account so we can identify it.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete or anonymize:

Your HairGenie user account
Your profile/account identifiers
Your credit balance and credit history
Your generation history stored by HairGenie
App-related authentication records connected to your account

What may be retained

Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, tax, or compliance reasons. Purchase records may also be retained by Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat, or our payment/subscription providers according to their own policies.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your HairGenie account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel subscriptions directly through Apple App Store or Google Play.
